Reservation terms

These terms apply when you pay €50 to reserve a CueFar from the founding batch.

What you get

• A place in the founding batch, limited to the first 100 reservations, for the device you choose: Handheld, Pulpit or Pedal.
• Your €50 is counted towards the price when we offer you your unit.
• The founding batch price, which will be lower than the later launch price.

Not yet a purchase

A reservation is not an order. When your unit is ready we send you the final price, specs and delivery date, and you decide whether to buy. If you don't, we refund the €50 in full. CueFar is still in development; the final product may differ from the prototype shown on this site.

Refunds

You can cancel at any time before your unit ships by emailing [contact email, e.g. hello@cuefar.com]. We refund the full €50 to the card you paid with within 14 days. If we decide not to produce CueFar, we refund every reservation in full. Your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal, are not affected.
